Support

To ensure that subscribers are working smoothly, Scribe staff are available to assist during extended working hours (normally 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday). Each subscriber is assigned a contact person who is available to answer any of your questions. If that person is not available, others will take your phone calls, answer e-mail, or be available through instant messaging. We even have a Webex set up to provide support within the actual environment in which you work. The WFDW facilitates your multipurpose publishing program. Scribe's support makes the WFDW easy to use.
