An update to the SAI has been released. See the SAI installation documentation page for instructions on updating or installing this package.
New Autoscribe Styles Tool
This is a new tool for automatically scribing styles throughout a file based on paragraph formatting, style, or text.
- The Paragraph Search tab will find the next non-ScML paragraph, check its formatting, and enable applying an ScML style to all paragraphs with matching formatting.
- The Common Styles tab includes autoscribing options that were previously in Cleanup, along with multiple new options like figure callouts and note numbers.
See the Autoscribe Styles page for more information.
Other Changes and Improvements
- When using the SAI Find and Replace, any previously selected search settings will be automatically filled in when clicking Format > Font… or Format > Paragraph…. This makes it easier to adjust search settings.
- The Font menu in the Mac Find and Replace has had more font style and underline options added to bring it in line with Word’s built-in Font menu.
- The SAI ribbon has been rearranged to create more space.
